Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions of Carriage

When purchasing or booking a ticket, all passengers agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Sea conditions can be unpredictable; therefore, all children and infants must be accompanied on board the vessel.
• Gili Travel Hub will not accept responsibility should there be an injury on board the boat.
• Gili Travel Hub reserves the right to inspect the contents of any luggage and can refuse the carriage of any items that are likely to endanger the vessel or other travelers.
• Gili Travel Hub is not recommended for passengers who are pregnant, suffering from heart conditions, serious back complaints, or serious physical impairments.
• The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during transit.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is based on seat availability and must be made at least 1 day prior to departure.

Please check in at least 60 minutes before departure.

Cancellations & Delays

• Gili Travel Hub shall not be liable for any accommodation costs, connecting flights, or alternative travel expenses due to cancellations or delays.
• Additional expenses arising shall be the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Cancellation Policy

• 0 - 7 days before departure: No refund (0%).
• 8 - 14 days before departure: 50% refund.
• 15 - 180 days before departure: 100% refund.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be given in accordance with the provisions of Gili Travel Hub.
• If guests do not arrive on time for departure, tickets are non-refundable.
• The refund process will take approximately 14 working days.

Chargeback Policy

Customers who have purchased tickets from Gili Travel Hub and received services cannot request a chargeback for any reason.

Force Majeure

Gili Travel Hub operates under normal weather conditions, including rain. In case of severe weather, the trip will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.
